Welcome to your stay at The Pearl Hotel!    

To best provide you with all of the details you might need as you plan your visit, our team has drafted the following Frequently Asked Questions. You’ll also find plenty of information about our hotel eventsamenities, dining, recreational options, beach services, Spa Pearl, and more, including any timely updates on our website. What are The Pearl Hotel check-in and check-out times?
The Pearl Hotel’s check-in time is 4 PM. While an early check-in may be requested, it cannot be guaranteed. Should you arrive early, and a room become available before 4 PM, the Front Desk will text to notify you when your room is available. In the meantime, our Guest Services team can assist you with valet parking and luggage storage. You will also be given full resort access upon your arrival to enjoy our amenities at your leisure while you wait. The lobby restrooms are available for changing into beach/pool clothes.

 

Check-out time is 11 AM. You will have full resort access (beach set-ups included) for the entire day of your departure. Our Guest Services team can assist with luggage storage, as needed.

Where is parking for The Pearl Hotel?
As our guest, you will have the choice between complimentary self-parking or complimentary valet parking available at the front hotel entrance, with vehicles securely parked in our designated covered outdoor garage behind the hotel, as well as in the public Rosemary Beach® community parking spaces. We recommend utilizing our valet services as parking is regulated and limited to the Rosemary Beach area. 

Does The Pearl Hotel provide shuttle service?
No, but we do recommend several local shuttle services for airport transportation. Please contact our Concierge at concierge@stjoe.com for more information. Car rental services are also available at area airports. Please note that Uber and Lyft ride-shares are limited in the 30A area.

Is The Pearl Hotel ADA accessible?
Yes. ADA accessible rooms are located on floors 2-4 with elevator access . Pool Lifts are also available and ready for guests’ use upon their request. For guests needing ramp access down to the beach, then please contact our Concierge at concierge@stjoe.com to inquire about availability for beach accessible wheelchairs.

 

Are the beverages in the fridge complimentary?
Yes! All soft drinks and beverages located in the fridge in the room are complimentary. If you have specific preferences on beverages, please inform our Front Desk team so we can accommodate accordingly.

 

Does The Pearl Hotel offer complimentary WiFi?
Yes. Complimentary WiFi is available in your room, as well as throughout the hotel. Once you’ve checked into your room, you may connect to the network, “The Pearl Guest,”  and register with your last name and room number to complete connection. You may also choose a secondary option with a capped network speed that will not require a last name or room number. The password is “Manatee20”.

 

Does The Pearl Hotel offer pack-and-plays or cribs?
The Pearl Hotel has limited availability to pack-and plays and cribs on-site. We recommend speaking with our Concierge team prior to your stay, so we can indicate this information in your reservation. If we cannot provide you with an option, we will be able to provide contact information for local rental companies that can deliver this equipment to your room.

 

Does The Pearl Hotel provide daily housekeeping services?
Yes. Housekeeping services are provided  daily between the hours of 9 AM - 4:30 PM. In addition, we provide a nightly turndown service in the evening. During turndown service, our housekeeping team delivers our signature fresh-baked treats to your room to help close out a special day. While housekeeping services are usually provided until 9 PM, you may request additional supplies, such as towels, shampoos, coffee pods, etc. upon your request at any time during your stay by calling the Front Desk at (850) 588-2881.

 

Does The Pearl Hotel allow pets?
Pets are prohibited at The Pearl except for designated rooms (Pool Front Rooms) and working service animals.  Domestic, housebroken pets that are less than 30lbs are welcome in the designated pet-friendly rooms which must be requested at the time of booking to ensure availability. Otherwise, we will be happy to recommend area kennels should you require this assistance. Failure to follow pet policies will result in a minimum $250 charge for additional housekeeping and/or damages. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100.00 due upon arrival. Pets are not to be left unattended in the room at any time and must be on a leash while in public areas. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in all outdoor areas. Guests will be responsible for any pet damages and/or additional cleaning. Please be advised that Walton County does not allow pets on the beach unless you are a resident with a permit. Failure to follow pet policies will result in a minimum $250 charge for additional housekeeping and/or damages.

 

What special amenities can be delivered to my room before arriving?
Prior to your arrival, you may request an Amenity Order Form from our Concierge team to order a special treat to be waiting in the room upon your arrival or delivered at a specific time. Options include welcome amenities, bottles of wine, fruit-and-cheese platters and other selections made for all celebratory occasions. Can meals at The Pearl Hotel be charged to my room during my stay?
Yes. You may charge any meal within our hotel to your room by providing your last name and room number. Hotel dining outlets include Room Service, Havana Beach Bar & Grill, Havana Beach Rooftop Bar, and Food & Beverage service on our adults-only pool deck. 

How many pools does The Pearl Hotel have?
•    Our on-site heated adult-only pool (age 18 and older); open year-round from 8 AM- 8 PM


•    Four community pools within the Rosemary Beach®- Coquina Pool, Sky Pool, Cabana Pool and Barbados Pool (guest access is available through the Rosemary Beach Community Access Key provided upon check-in; failure to return the key to the Front Desk upon departure will result in a fee).

 

Does The Pearl Hotel provide pool/beach towels?
Yes. Each room includes a complimentary beach bag with two towels.  If additional towels are needed, they are available complimentary at the beach, pool deck or at the Front Desk. We ask that you kindly return your towels to the Front Desk for replacement when needed.

Does The Pearl Hotel provide beach setups?
Beach setups are included in your reservation. Setups include two canvas chairs, one large shady umbrella, and one small table. All rooms include beach set-ups, available on a first-come first-served basis on the beach (reservations not needed). The community of Rosemary Beach only permits beach set-ups from 9 AM-5 PM. No beach set-ups will be offered outside of these hours.

 

Are beach bonfires allowed at The Pearl Hotel?
Yes. Hotel guests may purchase a Beach Bonfire packages through Rosemary Beach Property Owner’s Association Beach Service by calling (850) 231-1860. Beach Bonfire setups include three hours of bonfire fun for up to 20 guests, including beach chairs, cocktail tables, tiki torches, banquet table, and large ice chest filled with ice. Bonfires are $600.00 and take place on the beach in front of the Pearl and Western Green at Walkover “G.” Please contact the Concierge office at (850) 460-9043  for additional assistance.

Does The Pearl Hotel have a gym?
There is not a gym available on-site at the hotel, but our guest  have the following options:

  • Rosemary Beach Fitness Center (3–5-minute walk) - accessible through purchase of a $25/day pass; other pricing options are available on their website.
  • Watersound Origins Crossings (5-minute drive) - The Cardio Room is accessible 24/7 (your room key is required to enter).

 

Does The Pearl Hotel have a spa?
Yes, visit our Spa Pearl page, as we recommend booking in advance. You may book directly online or by contacting the Spa directly at (850) 502-2497. 

 

Does The Pearl Hotel offer bikes?
Yes. You have access to two complimentary adult bicycles per room reservation. These may be checked out from our Bell Services team at any time upon your request. We encourage you to enjoy the wonderful biking trails located throughout  the 30A area. Should you need more information on trails, please don’t hesitate to ask the Front Desk.

 

Does The Pearl Hotel offer kayaks or paddleboards?
Yes. The nearest option for kayak and paddleboard rentals for hotel guests is at the Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association Surf Hut on the beach (in front of The Pearl Hotel and Western Green at Walkover “G”). Rentals are $50 hourly and $150 for the day.  Additionally, we offer one hour of complimentary kayaking and discounted paddle boards on Western Lake, available at the WaterColor BoatHouse through the BoatHouse Paddle Club in Santa Rosa Beach (located 9 miles west down 30A.) Can I rent a golf cart at The Pearl Hotel?
Golf carts are NOT permitted by the community of Rosemary Beach to drive on any town roads (excluding Scenic County Highway 30A). Therefore, we are not able to store or park any golf carts on-site since we are located on Main St. in Rosemary Beach. 

 

Does The Pearl Hotel have a nearby grocery store?
There is a Publix Supermarket located at Watersound Town Center (11291 US Hwy 98 East, Inlet Beach, FL 32461; approximately 1.5 miles from The Pearl Hotel). Publix also offers Instacart delivery, making it easy for your groceries to be delivered directly to the hotel, where our Guest Services team can bring them up to your room (each room has a mini fridge for your convenience). 

 

Another nearby option includes Cowgirl Kitchen Feed & Supply, a gourmet specialty Store that provides “Grab and Go” offerings in the town plaza (connecting to The Pearl Hotel).
