And like the rest of the country, we are getting used to a new normal of living – and traveling. As we reopen our doors, our promise to you remains the same: a hospitable, comfortable, beautiful and relaxing stay for you and your loved ones.
We are now accepting reservations and are extending refundable rates for new bookings within the hotel’s cancellation policy timeframe of two weeks. Given the fluidity of the situation, we will continue to adapt our procedures as needed. Please refer back to this page frequently for the most up-to-date information.

We continue to uphold the highest sanitation and guest-servicing standards for our Forbes four-star property. Additionally, we have adjusted our hotel operations in accordance with guidelines and recommendations from the CDC and State of Florida, including but not limited to:
Enhanced property-wide sanitation procedures and frequency
Daily Housekeeping Service is limited to bed making, towel exchange, trash removal, and the replenishment of amenities. Evening Housekeeping Service is limited to include towel replenishment, trash removal, and offering a nightly turndown amenity.
Arrival Bell and Valet Service are provided upon request; room escorts will also be voluntary in order to keep guest/staff exposure to a minimum.
Physical-distancing procedures in all communal spaces, including beach access
Guests are prohibited from gathering in common areas of the hotel. The hotel Business Center/ Concierge Desk will be closed until further notice
Restriction of gatherings to 50 people or less
Touchless entry to hotel and hotel facilities, when possible
Restricted seating in pool areas and at hotel restaurants
Making mask and gloves available to guests, upon request
Thermal temperature controls for all team members and guests, as needed
Extensive Covid-19 training for all team members
Please note that at this time, Walton County beaches are open on a limited basis to ensure the well-being and enjoyment of all. Additionally, the Rosemary Beach® Property Owners Association has enacted an Interim Beach Policy with additional guidelines for all beaches within Rosemary Beach®. As of May 1, Walton County beaches are open with the following restrictions until further notice, as voted upon by the Walton County Board of Commissioners and in line with the CDC’s recommendations. Additionally, the Rosemary Beach® Property Owners Association has enacted an Interim Beach Policy with additional guidelines* for all beaches within Rosemary Beach®.
The beach at The Pearl will be closed between 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. daily.* Beach services are available from 9 a.m to 5 p.m.
The only permitted beach activities at The Pearl are: sunbathing, walking, jogging, swimming, paddleboarding, boating and surfing. Fishing and sunbathing on a beach towel/blanket are not permitted.*
Limited beach chair/umbrellas setups will be availalable on a first-come, first-served basis. Setups will be spaced 10 feet apart*; Towels are available at the Front Desk upon request.
Walton County regulations prohibit all food and beverage vending on the beach at this time; any food or beverages will need to purchased prior and brought to the beach individually.
Personal beach chairs and umbrellas are permitted. Tents are not permitted.*
Beach bonfires are available through WaterSound Beach Club.
No special events are allowed.
All visitors to the beach must adhere to the CDC guidelines of social-distancing, including no gatherings of more than 10 people and 20 ft*. or more* in between groups.
Beach restrictions will be enforced by the Walton County Sheriff’s Office.
The following amenities are currentely available to guests at The Pearl Hotel:
The Pearl’s Adults Only Pool (for guests ages 18 or older) is open and following physical-distancing guidelines, with limited seating spaced at least 6 ft. apart. Loungers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Food and beverage services are available from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. daily.
The Pearl’s Hot Tub (for guests ages 18 or older) is open; however, due to space and distancing guidelines, no more than 4 people will be allowed to occupy it at any one time.
Spa Pearl is open with limited services available and pre-treatment sanitation.
WaterSound Beach Club is open daily from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. with limited food menu available daily from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
The below Rosemary Beach® Community pools are open daily from 9 a.m. –5 p.m. (weather permitting), with limited occupancy, in line with physical–distancing guidelines. To adhere to group size limitations, entry will be based on a first-come, first-served basis (no reservations), and will be monitored to ensure the proper limited occupancy is being maintained. Furniture will be reduced to provide 6 ft. of spacing and may not be moved.
-Sky Pool (will be open 6-9 a.m. daily for Lap Swim Only)
Spa Pearl is open 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday; closed on Monday and Sunday. Walk-ins and same day appointments are not accepted and all treatments muts be booked 24 hours prior to arrival by calling 850-460-9041. Due to CDC recommendations, we are currently not offering couples massages or facials.
Origins Golf Club is open for public play, from 7:30 a.m. - Sunset, Monday- Sunday (The course is closed on Wednesdays for course maintenance). Footgolf is available after 1 p.m. Tee times are recommended by calling 850-213-5090.
Private golf club, Shark’s Tooth, is available to Pearl hotel guests during limited hours; tee times are required in advance and are based on availability by calling 850-249-3041.
Complimentary bicycles are available for guest use on a first-come, first-served basis.
Hotel's Concierge is available from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily and the Business Center is open for guest use 24 hours a day.
Complimentary kayak and canoe rentals are available through the WaterColor BoatHouse from 10 a.m.– 3 p.m. for one hour. Reservations required by texting 850.419.6188.
Havana Beach is open daily and offers a limited Breakfast/Lunch from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. and a limited Dinner menu from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. for dine-in services to be in alignment with the State of Florida's mandated regulations. Bar seating is available for guests who are also dining with social distancing strictly enforced; parties of 2 only with 6 feet distance between each seating group. To-go alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Reservations are not being taken at this time and all guests must be seated by the host stand.
-The restaurant is operating at a limited indoor seating capacity and maintaining physical-distancing guidelines; as well as enacting enhanced sanitation procedures, including but not limited to restricting access to self-serve condiments and utensils, suspending napkin service and tableside cooking and limited shared bar snacks.
-Dining reservations are not accepted; seating is based on a first come, first served basis.
-Havana Beach Rooftop is open from 12 Noon - 9 p.m. Daily (weather permitting). This area will maintain physial-distancing guidelines, maximum party size will be limited to 8 people, and seating is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Bar seating is available for guests who are also dining with social distancing strictly enforced; parties of 2 only with 6 feet distance between each seating group. To-go alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
Havana Beach To-Go Dining is available from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. for Breakfast/Lunch and Dinner. Orders may be placed by calling 850-588-2882 and be picked up curbside or on the Havana Beach Veranda (please enter through the gated entrance at the Veranda).
Poolside food-and-drink service is available from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. daily.
