As we reopen our doors, our promise to you remains the same: a hospitable, comfortable, beautiful and relaxing stay for you and your loved ones.
We are currently accepting reservations and are extending refundable rates for new bookings within the hotel’s cancellation policy timeframe of two weeks. Given the fluidity of the situation, we will continue to adapt our procedures as needed. Please refer back to this page frequently for the most up-to-date information.

We continue to uphold the highest sanitation and guest-servicing standards for our Forbes four-star property. Additionally, we have adjusted our hotel operations in accordance with guidelines and recommendations from the CDC and State of Florida, including but not limited to:
Enhanced property-wide sanitation procedures and frequency
Daily Housekeeping Service is limited to bed making, towel exchange, trash removal, and the replenishment of amenities. Evening Housekeeping Service is limited to include towel replenishment, trash removal, and offering a nightly turndown amenity.
Arrival Bell and Valet Service are provided upon request, in keeping with social distancing guidelines. Room escorts will also be voluntary in order to keep guest/staff exposure to a minimum, and reduce the number of people who access your guestroom during your stay.
Physical-distancing procedures in all communal spaces, including beach access
The hotel Business Center is open 24/7 daily, with the concierge desk operating from 9 a.m - 5 p.m., Tuesday – Saturday.
Restriction of gatherings to 50 people or less
Touchless entry to hotel and hotel facilities, when possible
Restricted seating in pool areas and at hotel restaurants
Making mask and gloves available to guests, upon request
Thermal temperature controls for all team members and guests, as needed
Extensive Covid-19 training for all team members

Additionally, the Rosemary Beach® Property Owners Association has enacted an Interim Beach Policy with additional guidelines for all beaches within Rosemary Beach®. Due to spacing guidelines implemented by Rosemary Beach®, our beach chair and umbrella setups may be limited in number each day based on tide times, and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Setups will be spaced 10 feet apart. Towels are available at the Front Desk upon request.
Complementary bottled water is available for Pearl guests. Please be advised that Walton County regulations prohibit all food or beverage vending on the beach; any food or other beverages you wish to have will need to be purchased prior and brought to the beach.
The beach at The Pearl will be closed between 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. daily.* Beach services are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The following amenities are currently available to guests at The Pearl Hotel:
The Pearl’s Adults Only Pool (for guests ages 18 or older) is open and following physical-distancing guidelines, with limited seating spaced at least 6 ft. apart. Loungers are pre-placed in six sets of two and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Food and beverage services are available from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. daily.
The Pearl’s Hot Tub (for guests ages 18 or older) is open; however, due to space and distancing guidelines, no more than 6 people will be allowed to occupy it at any one time.
Spa Pearl is open 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Tuesday- Saturday, with limited services available and pre-treatment sanitation. For appointments, please call 850.460.9041.
-Due to CDC recommendations on distancing, appointments are booked in intervals of 15 minutes to reduce the number of persons in the Spa Lobby at any one time.
Watersound Beach Club is open daily from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
-Limited food menu available daily from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. at 30°86° (Sunset bar open until 9 PM) & Friday- Sunday from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. at Costa Chica.
-Pool Deck (beverage service only) open daily from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
-Beach Services/Beach Chairs are available daily from 9 a.m.- Sunset; Beach Bar is open Friday- Sunday from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
-Kid's Room is open Monday- Thursday from 1 p.m.- 5 p.m. & Friday - Sunday from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
The below Rosemary Beach® Community pools are open daily from 9 a.m. –5 p.m. (weather permitting), with limited occupancy, in line with physical–distancing guidelines. To adhere to group size limitations, entry will be based on a first-come, first-served basis (no reservations), and will be monitored to ensure the proper limited occupancy is being maintained. Furniture will be reduced to provide 6 ft. of spacing and may not be moved.-Barbados Pool-Cabana Pool-Coquina Pool-Sky Pool (will be open 6-9 a.m. daily for Lap Swim Only)
Origins Golf Club is open for public play, from 7:30 a.m. - Sunset, Monday- Sunday (The course is closed on Wednesdays for course maintenance). Footgolf is available after 1 p.m. Tee times are recommended by calling 850-213-5090.
Private golf club, Shark’s Tooth, is available to Pearl hotel guests during limited hours; tee times are required in advance and are based on availability by calling 850-249-3041.
Complimentary bicycles are available for guest use on a first-come, first-served basis.
Complimentary kayak and canoe rentals are available through the WaterColor BoatHouse from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. for one hour. Reservations required by texting 850.419.6188.
In Room Dining is available from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Orders may be placed up until 9:30 p.m. via in-room iPads provided in each guest room. All orders will be delivered utilizing a contactless delivery method in order to achieve social distancing for both guests and our associates.
Havana Beach is seating at full capacity and open daily, offering a Brunch menu from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. and our Dinner menu from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. Bar seating is available for guests; however, standing at the bar is not allowed in order to maintain social distancing. Dining Reservations are not accepted; seating is based on first come, first served basis. All guests must be seated by the host stand.
Havana Beach Rooftop is open from 12 Noon - 9 p.m., Wednesday - Sunday (weather permitting). Entrée Food service will end at 6 p.m., with a limited light food option is available from 6- 8 p.m. Last call for drinks will be at 8:45 p.m. All guests must be seated by the host stand. This area will maintain physical-distancing guidelines, maximum party size will be limited to 8 people, and seating is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Bar seating is available for guests; however, standing at the bar is not allowed in order to maintain social distancing.
Havana Beach To-Go Dining is available from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. on main menu pnly. Does not apply to special event menus. Orders may be placed by calling 850-588-2882 and be picked up at the Havana Beach host stand.
Poolside food-and-drink service is available from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. daily.
