To Our Pearl Hotel Guests:
We understand your concern during these uncertain times. At The Pearl Hotel, the safety and well-being of our guests and of our team members, remains our top priority.
With this in mind, and in an effort to do our part in helping prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our communities, we have made the difficult but responsible decision to close our property. Beginning Saturday, March 21, at 11 a.m., The Pearl Hotel will be closed until at least Thurday, April 30. All reservations made for this time period will be cancelled and refunded. We will not be accepting reservations for the period of March 21 - April 30.
We will be accepting reservations for stays beginning May 1 and extending refundable rates for new bookings within the hotel’s cancellation policy timeframe of two weeks.
Given the fluid nature of this situation, this status is likely to change frequently. Our team will be assessing the situation on a day-by-day basis and providing updates accordingly. Please refer back to this page frequently for the most up-to-date information.
Additionally, we have adjusted our operations for the following Pearl Hotel amenities.
As of March 19, all Walton County beaches are closed until further notice. This includes Pearl Hotel guest beach access. The following outlets/amenities will remain closed until at least April 30 to abide by the recommendations made by the CDC and the State of Florida.
As of March 20, Havana Beach Bar & Grill will no longer offer dine-in service to be in alignment with the State of Florida’s mandated regulations. Please visit our Dining Update page for the most accurate information on services offered.
Havana Beach Bar & Grill Curbside To-Go Dining is available! Orders may be placed by calling 850-588-2882 and be picked up curbside or on the Havana Beach Veranda (please enter through the gated entrance at the Veranda).
We will continue to share any pertinent updates here. In the meantime, we remain relentless in our pursuit of hospitality excellence. We look forward to seeing and serving you soon. Thank you!
